Install Outlook and keep in touch

Save your files to the cloud

Store your business files in Microsoft Teams or SharePoint. That way you and the other people in your company can access them even when you’re not in the office.

You can store your personal files in OneDrive and sync them from your phone.

  1. Open OneDrive and sign in.
  2. Follow the instructions to finish the setup and start syncing.

Install the Office apps on a phone or tablet and work wherever you are. Download the apps, then launch, sign in, and set up your account.

Work in a browser

You can also create and edit documents right from your browser. Open files, edit text, adjust formatting, add pictures, and create graphs in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You can even work in a document at the same time as a colleague or customer when you’ve shared your file with them.

  1. Sign in to Office.com with your Microsoft 365 account.
  2. Launch an Office app to get to work.

Join online meetings remotely

From your laptop:

  • In Microsoft Teams, click Meetings  button on the left side of the app and you’ll see a list of all your meetings for the week. Find the meeting you want, and then click Join.

From your phone:

  • Both before and during the meeting, you’ll see the meeting notice in your chat list or a channel conversation in Microsoft Teams.

    You can join from that meeting notice or from the Meetings  calendar
